MELANIE HILL

Melanie has been intrigued by leadership and team relationships since she was barely out of kindergarten when she informed her mother “you are not the boss of me, I am the boss of me, but I choose to listen to you.” This led to great conversations and a persistent curiosity which influenced her observations at work from her earliest restaurant management jobs to her education and career focused on the people side of business.

Combining intuitive organizational awareness with heart and humour Melanie quickly builds connections and uncovers the needs within each organization.  She is a communication catalyst, helping individuals, teams and leaders reclaim vital human connections skills for brighter results and work and beyond.
