Using the EQ-i 2.0 model and assessment, we guide participants through an introduction to emotional intelligence and its role in personal success with a focus on increasing self-awareness about individual strengths and growth areas. Participants will have the opportunity to complete the assessment in advance and then explore their own results during a 1/2-day interactive group learning session.
